• Government Identifiers: Aadhaar card (front and back images), PAN card (image or PDF).
• Hotel Details: Hotel name, type, star category, description, logo, amenities (with photos).
• Location Information: Physical address, city, state, pincode, landmark, and precise location coordinates (latitude/longitude) obtained via Google Maps.
• Financial Information: Bank account holder name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, branch, and optionally UPI ID.
• Social Media Links: Optional social media profile URLs.

1.2 Authentication Information

We use Google Sign-In to authenticate users. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and public profile information as permitted by Google's sign-in system.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to: device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and app usage statistics. This information is used for analytics and to improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes:

• To create and manage your hotel partner account.
• To verify your identity and documents (Aadhaar, PAN) for compliance and security.
• To communicate with you about your registration, updates, and support.
• To process payments and payouts to your bank account.
• To display your hotel details (name, location, amenities, photos) to potential guests.
• To improve our services, troubleshoot issues, and analyze usage.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies and individuals (e.g., Firebase, Google Maps) to facilitate our service, perform service-related tasks, or assist us in analyzing how our service is used.
